The Machine Head can rotate 0~360°, Tile 0~90°, enable Processing at various Angles and shapes. It adopts CNC system, together with an industrial Computer, makes stone Production totally automatic. 1. Put the Plate on the Worktable

The worktable can tilt up to 85° automatically for easy loading.

 

2. Position Plates

The camera will automatically position plate, together with Auto thickness probe, it can calculate the size of the slabs automatically.

 

3. Import Design Drawings.

You can Import DXF File to the computer, or Choose Conventional shapes from Build-in Liabrary of Shapes. The machine will generate the best Cutting steps and paths automatically.

 

4. Press Start Button.

The Milling Cutter, Camera, Cylinders, Saw Blade, Suction Cups will cooperate and and start working automatically; The Vacuum Suction Cups will help move stone pieces if cutting paths conflicts.
